• Lisa Preston is by far a superior instructor. She looks to others in the Pilates and power yoga instructor community to enhance OUR class. I have reaped from her dedication to learn more outside of SA. Every class is different….what a change. Plus I am getting stronger! Love her class…all of them.

• The teacher was excellent and the studio space was lovely. I love that the teacher uses a microphone! I could actually hear the entire class and that made the experience wonderful. I had Mark as my teacher and he was very kind to myself and the other students. The students were also nice and friendly
