  • I've wanted to pursue strength training for quite some time but was intimidated. My main sport is distance running, and lifting does not come naturally to me. Since I started coming via ClassPass in June, the Training Lab introduced me to strength training that is intense yet approachable. I'm pushed beyond what I'd ever do at the gym on my own or in a more mainstream workout class, but I never feel uncomfortable. The Training Lab instructors are unique in that way. They make you feel welcome and empower you to lift better without coddling. I love this place. I can't believe that someone like me is hanging out in squat rack multiple times per week.
