The staff really tried to make it work for us. It was our first time and we wanted to do a full Hyrox sim. They planned it. Guided us on weights and distances. Very helpful. And then some other members cleaned up our sleds while we were finishing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The website was easy to follow and allowed me to book one class since I was in from out of town. And the trainer was phenomenal--very encouraging, engaged, and offering feedback. It was a great experience. I'll definitely drop in again the next time I am in NYC.

Classes are great. Could use better/more space. Not bad at all but there's room for improvement
