  • Great workouts and coaching but may not be the right environment for everyone
  • No where can I get an hour strength class working a specific muscle group and it is a real work out. When I do HIIT at TL, I really feel like the variety of moves prevents my body from plateauing. Some other places have you do the same routine and that causes muscle adaptation or plateauing.
