• Our experience with Mandie was great! She was pleasant to talk with. She listened to what I was saying and was able to offer great suggestions. Mandie is extremely knowledgeable in the cosmetology profession. The only odd thing that happened was my appointment was booked for 2pm and my daughter's appointment was booked at 3pm. Not sure how or why, but another appointment was booked in between ours. Wasn't a problem this time because we had nothing planned after our haircuts and it was a quick man's trim, but had my daughter or I had another appointment directly after our haircut appointments there could have been a problem. I'm sure it was a scheduling oversite. Hopefully, that won't happen in the future.
