• 5 star customer service,! I posted this on facebook: The facility is sparkling and luxurious. I was escorted by a staff member from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. The staff was very professional, and they made me me feel welcomed the entire time highly recommend this spa to anyone. My wait time was only 5 minutes. Dr Timmer very has natural energy that brought an immediate calmness . He explained everything, like conditions and treatments. He took time to answer my questions. He explained what to expect afterwards, and also what adverse reactions to look for. My experience was absolutely amazing. I’m a nurse and Ive worked with Dr Timmer in the past, I know how well he takes care of his patients. He is very brilliant, but he doesn’t let it go to his head. He’s very attentive to his patients, and they all love him. Nurses pay very close attention to everything, especially when it comes to our provider. We pick up on stuff very quickly if something is not done right. There’s not one single thing i can complain about. That says a lot. You’ll be satisfied as I am.
