• My nail tech was amazing - I can't remember her name, but my name is Talia Helfrick and my appointment was Friday, March 9 @ 11:15 AM. The tech made a point of moving so that my friend and I could sit next to each other. After painting 9 of my nails (which I had bitten down to nearly my cuticles) the tech noticed that the color was not the best choice and brought this to my attention in a very polite, professional way. She quickly picked out a similar color in a more flattering shade and quickly removed the nail polish she had just put on and repainted my nails. Not only did the tech do a phenomenal job cleaning up the cuticles and nails I had bitten and made bloody, but she made sure I looked the best that I could by assisting with the color choice and taking extra time with me. The tech also sold me the last bottle of a cuticle treatment! The exceptional service I received, and of course the champagne (and second complimentary glass) will keep me coming back.
