• Extreme difficulty in booking an appt. However, once in the salon, lovely experience.

• There was some struggle with our check in and finding our appointments. There was a lot of whispering, looking at us, more whispering - we wish someone would have just been honest with us that they were working on figuring out our appointments and we could have a seat and they would be with us as soon as they had everything taken care of. Instead we stood around awkwardly and took up space while we watched the scramble. I had brought my mother and sister in law for mani pedis for my wedding that weekend and had talked up the salon, so that was a strange start. My mother in laws technician also up and left for 10 minutes at the start of the appointment and didn't tell her anything so she was rightfully confused and frustrated. The ending product is always outstanding, just seems like it's always one small thing or another that makes the appointment start in poor taste.

• I have loved all my visits to The Ten! Everyone is polite, the space is calming and my nails always look amazing when I leave.
