• My pedi was wonderful. DeShawn was very pleasant took her time and I enjoyed her conversation. My manicure was quite the opposite. (A different tech) She complained about being asked to remove her headband, complained about the working environment, looked as if she was snarling (facial expression) at people (co-workers) and my mani was not as nicely cleaned up as my pedi. I think it was just a bad day for her as the rest of the nail techs & staff were very friendly! That's why a 9 & not a perfect 10!
