• I was able to been seen at my appointed time, I was accommodated with no hesitation when I couldn't decide on a color(which ended up being a great color), my experience was very relaxing and professional and I was done in the time I was told I would be. So for that it's a 10 from me

• My first time visiting the nail bar, I couldn't get into the downtown location but they were able to schedule me right away at the newest location. The staff was super friendly, the space was beautiful and my manicure was perfect! I'll definitely come back
