• I was very impressed with the cleanliness, and apparent cleanliness/sanitation standards, the decor, the customer service, the quality of the actual service. I do think prices are a bit high for the average working class person to enjoy. Also, the staff was predominately black and mature in age, but it appeared management was not a POC, and quite young (may not be accurate, but what it appeared to be). And when I inquired about management... the silence spoke volumes. Nonetheless, from first impressions... I was impressed and I don't typically impress easily. Also- mimosa was a great touch. No massage chair though!
