• So my "9" is for Ms. Charita not for The Ten necessarily. I've had other manicurists and everyone isn't as good. Also, I don't know if anyone reads these but the price increase from $58 to $70 was a shock on Saturday. A 20% increase? And no warning? I'm a recurring client and got no notice. That's on The Ten though. For Ms. Charita, I'll pay it. But I wouldn't for anyone else.
