• I come to 10 monthly. I love connecting in a space that centers the care of Black women, even though it isnt exclusionary, the centering piece is extremely important to me as a Black person from the city. I value a happy and vibrant environment over an unnecessarily professionalized one. I want to see staff who enjoy what they do, do good work, care deeply, and our honored by their employer. Because at the end of the day they are carrying the business.
