• Overall experience was great. My nails look bomb and my toes are so soft. The gel under the nails could have been filed down a bit but it isn't a huge issue. My techs were very talented and personable. I did not rate it a 10 due to the fact that there was a mishap with my pedicure appointment and I wasn't really told what was going on. When it comes to timing, it would be great for transparent communication if a service provider is running behind or I need to be switched to a different tech.
