• I gave a score of 10 because of the level of service I received yesterday during my manicure and pedicure. The staff was great. The only issue or concern I had was I requested for my nails to be buffed as opposed to a clear coat however, the manicurist advised me they were out of buff pads, or whatever is used to buff the nail to give it a shiny gloss that was a little disappointing, considering the amount of money I spent for a manicure and pedicure.

Honestly, I haven't received this kind of care since living in NYC at a shop in BK. Most shops are rushing, low quality. So receiving this kind of care was so refreshing,
