• Great service, Knowledgable nail tech and comfortable and clean atmosphere. 1.parking not simple in front of building, meter did not work, $6 fee to park in back lot. suggestion: validated parking (free) or $3 off parking in back lot would be great plus 2. $30 for polish (dip) removal is more than I expected to pay for this service **3.online scheduling was not user friendly. tried to use app several times prior to calling for appointment.

• My nails look great and the service was lovely! My only comment is the person who did my nails left while I was at the dryer and I had to just guess when my nails might be ready and smudged them a little putting on my shoes. I did appreciate a different person coming over and putting more drying drops on my nails after that though! I don't need a babysitter but could've used a LITTLE more guidance on how long to wait! Other than that, service was wonderful and I would recommend!
