• It was a good experience. However I was not pleased to learn that you have a policy to charge a fee if someone misses their appointment. Nor am I pleased that you keep my credit card number on file. I’ve asked before that you not do this. I don’t always pay with the same card. It would be nice to allow for cash payments again.

• The nail techs were good. However unfortunately while I was there the music playlist was inappropriate. I was there with my young daughters, ages 13 and 10, and 3 songs used the f-word multiple times and 1 song talked about exploring pussy. It made me very unfortunately and I was disappointed that my girls had to experience this during their mother/daughter day out. I had to have a teaching moment conversation with my girls after leaving the appointment.

• Accommodations are always top-notch as well as customer service provided. Gabby made sure I was taken care of after a scheduling hiccup and do so with a smile. Danielle was equally as nice taking me at 7pm. She was personable and friendly
