• I don't remember the name of the lady who I had but she was so efficient and got everything! Haha. I usually find there are a few tricky spots where the hair maybe breaks sometimes but this time everything was thoroughly pulled out. It hurt more than usual but was so worth it for the amazing results. As always, everyone was so efficient and professional
