• Stylist Victoria did a fantastic job but receptionist was cold and uninviting - I was the first person there so it was just me and her, she asked me my name and told me to sit down. She did not offer to take my coat and she did not offer me any water or coffee. She was on her cell phone the whole time although it was only me and her in the reception area. Extremely rude.
