I didn't know what to expect when I came in for a session I did on understanding emotional eating. My session with Keri was amazing everything we talked about all made sense about my life it was so much the truth. I never done anything like this before but I was so amazed when I left I felt really good about myself. It was definitely worth it and I will definitely be back to see Keri. I even recommended it to some of my friends already!
