The instructor was great, the studio was beautiful and I enjoyed the class
Lauren made me feel welcome and assisted me through the class. It was my first time and I have never been to Pilate class before. I thought it was "foundation" because I wanted to ease my way up to advanced classes but I'm glad I stayed!
