Tamara was a great instructor. She gave a lot of support and didn't make me feel silly if I didn't understand what she was saying at first. The studio was also clean, cute, and in a really great location.

The atmosphere was very welcoming. Katy did an awesome job with making everyone feel at ease. It was a great workout as well as a social gathering.
