Great facility, perfect size class.
This was my first Pilates class, along with 4 other friends. The instructor was very informative and patient with all of us.
Emma's classes are always balanced, challenging and somehow (despite all the real hard stuff) still fly by.
Brittney is amazing. She is so welcoming, encouraging and is able to show us newbies how to do the moves correctly without feeling embarrassment for not knowing.
I love Becky's flow class!!!!
The Studio is an amazing place to work out and the instructors are the BEST!!
