Wonderful instructor and great atmosphere!
All of the instructors have been great! I started going December of 2019 and have been returning every week since, other than the days closed during covid restrictions. Tamara did such a great job of introducing me to Pilates in her foundations classes and Lindsey, Dejia, and Emma have a been encouraging and patient with me as a I advanced to HIP. When I injured my knee pretty badly last year during a hiking accident, all of the instructors were accommodating and offered modifications. I highly recommend the studio. I hope to keep returning as long as I live in the area!
Beautiful space, incredible and welcoming teacher, great explanations and pace and overall very warm and kind ambiance! I loved my experience!!!
