Tamara was a great instructor to have for our very first pilates session. She gave a number of modifications for more difficult maneuvers and was patient with showing equipment adjustments.

Studio was clean & bright. Machines were well kept. Instructor was knowledgeable and interactive. Class was small enough to feel personal. Looking forward to more experiences there.
