I chose that score because every instructor I've met has been so nice to me. I feel very welcomed every time I come to a class. The workouts are AMAZING, & I've lost 3 pounds since I joined a week ago. 😍💜

I absolutely love the instructors, variety of classes, proximity to my home, positive environment and different class times. The only thing I would improve upon would be a little bit more intensity/faster paced.

I took a couple weeks off from work outs due to being sick and when I came back I felt so welcomed and like I was truly missed. Laura took time to get me backinto the groove of mixed fit but didn't make me feel like I was being singled out for having missed classes. Such a friendly place and motivating!
