This was my first time at the studio. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The class was hard but fun and the instructor was very encouraging. Overall was a great experience.

Fantastic facility. Like everyone however Would like it if people were asked to sanitize / spray their weights and rubber balls after use. Clearly they get super sweaty between different customers.
