Because the Studio is naturally fantastic I go at least 5 times a week and sometimes twice a day because I love it so much. I'm grateful for the fabulous , professional and genuinely lovely staff, the dependability of Hot Yoga and the versatility of Reformer Pilates and now I have been practicing for a while, I also have the option of trying other classes on offer.
