I went to a beautiful Yin Yoga class. It was my first time at the studio, and the teacher was very welcoming when I arrived. However I struggled to hear her sometimes during the session, and as I'm new to yoga, I wasn't sure whether I was doing it properly as a result.

Very organised . Playing by the rules set by the government and really like the bright white interior and fun green lighting . All in all a very calming atmosphere with skilled instructors with passion in their work .
