The Yoga and other exercises are superb, not to mention the very professional and accommodating instructors and coaches. I and my friends enjoy the Yoga/Pilates a lot. Last night was my first ever class - Hot Pilates HIIT 45 I thoroughly enjoyed it. I needed exactly that for my body to wake up!! I have booked further classes..I can't wait for more. I love this place - A little full but fabulous to feel the volume of power of the people in wellness & greatness in taking care of our lives xx 🙏🌈🥰🥳
