Great class and love the concept of the session. I feel great after going and look forward to returning. Dropped from a perfect score due to a slightly overcrowded studio and not being able to fully hear/understand the instructor at all points during the class.

Staff are friendly and the hot yoga teachers are always giving helpful advise on how your practise can evolve to a new level by small demo's during the lesson.
