Jodie always leads a steady well cued Hot Yoga class. She greets everyone with a warm welcome. The Studio is always so clean. I love the practice of hot yoga it invigorates my whole body. Thank you, I have been attending for over 10 years unfortunately not regularly off late. The invitation of the 20 for $23 was greatly received.

The instructors are simply great - super knowledgeable and will push you when needed. They are always happy to discuss any queries you have with regard to the exercises and your physical form. 😀 they mix up the exercises also which helps keep classes interesting and motivating

A lot of time table after 5.30, staff member very friendly, instructors are friendly and give motivation. The big reason is good price. Not too expensive. I believe sport and health not suppose to be expensive. Thank you The Studio 😊
