I enjoyed the class but find it very hot in the reformer room. Would prefer it if the air on was on

The experience was welcoming and comfortable right from the moment I arrived. Great instructor, professional, genuine and warm. Other members were friendly to me too which is always nice when you're the new girl. X
I felt comfortable and when I felt I needed to slow down I wasn't pushed to keep going too hard, it was a great atmosphere and the people are all lovely
