I chose to give you a score of 10 because of a few reasons. The first reason is, it is a very easy and open line of communication. The second reason is, everyone is very kind and personable. The third reason is everyone has been willing to work with me and my daughter in her journey to get back into softball. Her hitting coach Emily is amazing and the folks that work the front desk are amazing.
