It started before I arrived, the person on the phone that I made the appointment with was super friendly. The desk person when I arrived was also very friendly and Emily Harvey was awesome with my daughter! She loved her lesson and can't wait to go back! My daughter said the whole atmosphere there is welcoming and not intimidating at all. She learned a lot from Emily and left feeling more confident!
