Firstly, I found the instructor to be highly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She took the time to understand our goals and needs, and tailored the lesson accordingly. The instructor provided clear and concise instructions, and was patient and encouraging with my daughter throughout the session. Moreover, the facilities were excellent and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and productive learning environment.
