• I have been a client of yours for almost two years now, and the main reason I gave the top score was because of the fact that your workouts system is suited perfectly for a busy guy like myself. I have had a long break from my workout days since I became a business owner a few years ago, and free time became a big problem. I was looking to get back into the grove, but I was not successful until I discovered your gym. Great system of the workouts for busy people like myself, and friendly atmosphere 5 for each, total 10 )👍 Keep it up💪 Before I became a business owner a few years agoI worked for an employer, and had plenty of time for working out at the gym, boxing twice a week, and mountain biking on the weekends. However, once I went to work for myself, the meaning of free time had ceased to exist, and I stopped working out until I discovered you guys. Your approach is fitting perfectly into my busy schedule, and I enjoy the workouts because they are intense, yet do not require a lot of sacrifice from me in terms of finding that scarce time, and it is not challenging to force myself to work out after a long break. It was an uphill battle for me to get back into living a healthy lifestyle , up until I discovered your gym!!! A friendly atmosphere is a big plus too!

• I am 77 years old and I've never been to a gym in my life. I love everything about this place. It's clean it's bright and a 20 minute tohour exercise is grueling but I always feel fabulous afterwards
