So glad to have found The Space studio. It is so welcoming and makes me feel happy and excited to work out. Everyone is so wonderful and supportive. I’m getting fit and just gaining so much more confidence.

Kristen is amazing in her Hot Yoga Class!! I love the flow and as a beginner im still able to follow along. The instructor is always available to guide you and modify any poses depending on your level.
