This was my first yoga experience and the yoga instructor Monse had such comforting energy. She had such an amazing spirit in class that it felt effortless to reconnect with myself. I had an incredible experience and looking forward to going back for more self healing

It was my first time attending the studio and the owner Kristen was welcoming, helpful, and offered guidance and support during the session. My boyfriend and I didn't have the proper equipment, but she was kind enough to let us borrow the studio props at no charge. I felt like I mattered and will def be back for more sessions and growth!
