The Space is a very welcoming studio with lots of different style yoga classes to meet everyone's needs. The instructors offer modifications and guide loving practices and it's a beautiful and modern studio.

Great environment and instruction
The studio has amazing teachers that have helped me in my journey to be more mindful, grounded, and focus on deep breaths which is so helpful for clearing up my racing thoughts! I have something completely new and exciting to look forward to when needing to de-stress! Love it here! It feels like a second home to me!
