The Space Yoga studio has been my personal mental and physical health oasis ever since I found it last year. Every visit gives me peace, strength, bring the focus in this busy everyday life back to me for and hour to thrive for week to come. I have had back problems since I was a kid (even a back surgery 4 years ago), and I have never felt as string and healthy as I do now. Hot vinyasa with Meredith serves me right every time and her classes and routine are my absolute favorites.
