• When I called to make the appointment Jennifer was informative, friendly ... and made sure I knew the new location and how to find it. When I got there ~ a little breathless, I admit ~ the atmosphere and welcome were low key and charming. She suggested a bathroom stop then, when I returned, offered something to drink then provided the basket with the robe and flip flops and led me to the dressing room. When I was done my water was waiting for me and after a very brief wait to collect my thoughts ... perhaps 3 minutes ... I was led into the quiet, serene, darkened room where all was ready for me to let go, I had a marvelous massage that has given me more range of motion in my injured right shoulder than I have had in some time. A wonderful experience.
