• -smaller staff/space = fewer interactions = more covid safe -very clean, calming space -all services were very relaxing and exceeded expectations -staff was friendly, professional, and not pushy (at some spas, staff seems to constantly try to sell products; I'm much more likely to inquire/buy products if someone isn't overly pushy)
