• Pros: Great therapist, good customer service overall, easy to make an appt, even on relatively short notice. Cons: asked for receipt, was never given one (told it would be emailed, never got it). AWFUL music playing in the therapy room (WAY too loud in addition to being totally not relaxing...I had it turned down almost to nothing). Addition of dry sauna &/ or steam room would make a huge difference. A lot of stairs to deal with pre/ post massage (kinda kills the relaxation)
