• I thought the front desk and spa staff went out of their way to make my experience great. My pedicure was scheduled before my massage abd they made sure my nails dried before I got the massage. Honestly My massage therapist seemed a little put out. But we did throw her schedule off and everyone is human. So I kept the 10.
