• I was impressed by Sarah and Carleigh’s professionalism and general friendliness. I have been to many high quality spas and the staff’s pretentiousness is often such a turn off. I would certainly patronize the Spa Downtown again! My facial and manicure were perfect.

• I must admit I’m always a little nervous to come to a new spa, but this was different. As soon as I walked in I was greated with warmth. The first Lady I dealt with made me feel like I was talking to my sister or someone very close. The following lady was just as sweet and ginger. I walked in nervous and left feeling like a member of the spa downtown family. I’m definitely going back! P.s they KNOW what they are doing, top notch services!!
