The ladies, Liz and Christina are so sweet and provide so much information. I normally see Christina and you can tell she loves what she does and really wants her clients to succeed. Provides so much advice about ways to take care of yourself and have longer lasting results with Vela. She truly seems to understand and empathize with the areas I am looking to improve. Very patient and professional.
