The Spa at The Victory Club

I just spent the best hour at this spa. My friend set this up for us, she has been here a few times.
What a great place, clean and peaceful and nicely decorated. We got there a little early so we waited in the relaxation room. Had infused water, but tea was also available.
We sat side by side with Toni doing me and Perla doing my friend. I loved Toni! She was funny but very professional, making sure I was comfortable during the whole session. We ordered a glass of wine to make it even more enjoyable!

Everyone made us feel so welcomed and we loved how well the staff all got along with each other, joking and laughing! So much fun!

I'll be back whenever I'm here visiting!

I had a victory way facial here yesterday. The description said I would receive a neck and décolletage massage (which is my favorite part of a facial). Well, the technician rubbed my hands and my face but not my neck or décolletage AT ALL. Very disappointing. There was also a lot of "down time" during my massage where I'm not sure what the technician was doing but she wasn't touching any part of me. This drives me crazy. I feel like if there is a mask on my face then another part of my body can be tended to. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the results are good. My face looks and feels refreshed.

The massage was mediocre at best. I felt like I was being rubbed when I asked for deep/hard pressure. She talked to me the whole time I couldn't even rest.
But the facial was amazing. The other girl was so attentive and addressed my concerns. I don't know if I'd come back, there are better places

I had a mom to be massage and it was perfect! I booked online and everything was fine . The place it's clean and people treat you really well . I will definitely go back

The receptionist was terrible at communicating along with beyond rude and when being told to talk to a manager it comes to find out the manager was just as unprofessional. I should have read reviews before because I would have noticed this ahead of time. These people do not take care of their customers.

The ambience was nice. Unfortunately the day we got our couples massage : the restroom was out of order. Do annoying. The masseuse was great. It's too bad the lazy receptionist couldn't be the same. Not welcoming or attentive to client/customer service. Because of that & the price we paid. Unfortunately would not recommend nor return. It was also our 1st time

Overall a great experience. We come here often. This time however they tried to change my appointment time without asking. They left a message on my wife's phone, changing it from 3 to 230. Unfortunately that would not work, I called back and they changed it back to 3. They lady sounded annoyed but changed it back. Like I said overall always a good experience.

Toes look amazing and my feet are happy. Booked online- same day appointment and no waiting- much better than waiting other places! I will definitely return!

If I could give them a zero I would - The Manager is horrible - the facial was good the massage was ok barley but the accounting department and the manager were terrible - We had gift certificates to use which I gave them ahead of time on the phone when it was booked. Then at time of checkout after and expensive upsell they said they did not have them, I told them I booked with them then they proceed to tell me the person who bought it most likely used it which is not possible as he lives in CA - then they basically called me a liar come to find out (after I got home) they were looking up the wrong gift certificates they would not let me leave without paying I only authorized them to pay for an upsell they sold me and I paid that and they said I had to pay the rest. That was not going to happen I told them I would send the the info on the gift cert email I had when I got home - The made a really bad impression and made my day terrible - they were so condescending and accusitive - I was so upset I will never go back and told them and they really did not care - I barley got home and they were calling me for payment, i gave them the info from the gift card and they said oh that works and covers the balance. With no apology until i asked for one then it was an I'm sorry with justification unbelievable!!! There are so many choices on really nice spas out ther that treat their customers with respect and care - this one is not one of them. the also have no bathroom inside so you have to walk across the hall to a public bathroom and there are no showers to shower after the massage. I will never be back. Horrible Horrible Choose somewhere else they said it is under new managment well personally they chose the wrong person she has NO people skills.

Extremely rude and condescending receptionist and manager. It's disappointing to think these are the first people that you interact with at this spa. They create the opposite of a welcoming and relaxing environment.
