• Staff & amenities were phenomenal. Only detractor was the COVID-19 precautions & social distancing which totally was not eforea's fault. We are eagerly looking forward to coming back in the future once the COVID restrictions are over.

• Service and attitude from all of the employees and message therapists was outstanding. Wonderful treatment and amenities. Calm and relaxing environment. The message therapist I had, Christie, was easy to work with and I feel great the day after.

• Fantastic customer service! Went above & beyond. When we got done with our massages, the young lady working the front desk brought us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. I asked about lunch and she brought us the menu, let us know the kitchen closes in 15 minutes, placed our order for us, and ran to the kitchen to pick up our lunch, and served it to us while we were outside relaxing. She let me wear my robe to the room, and said no need to bring it down because room service will bring it down for us. We felt right at home and very well taken care of! Also, the massage was great as well, they made sure to check in with us on pressure to make sure everything was on point! We will be back
