• Always a wonderful experience! We booked 2 separate services on 2 separate days during our stay at the hotel! The staff, just fantastic, all of them! The spa is beautiful and we love that we can spend the day there! We ride sleds and it's nice to unwind after a long day outside! Never disappointed!

• The front desk assistants were very pleasant. Very clean with refreshments and light snacks. I would have preferred sparkling drinks like kombucha since I had to drive home.
